Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in developing and executing our international sales strategy, fostering client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the Trading and Crypto industry. This individual will work closely with the sales team, upper management, and prospective clients to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
Key Responsibilities
* You create the international sales strategy in close collaboration with your Line Manager, with a particular focus on clients in the trading and crypto platform space.
* On a daily basis, you cooperate with our great sales team on one hand, and on the other hand, successfully liaise, identify, and close new deals by contacting prospective customers via telephone, email, and social media.
* You manage negotiations, pre- and post-sales with customers, including trading platforms, exchanges, and fintech partners.
* Providing excellent customer service by understanding the needs of the market, particularly within fast-evolving digital asset and financial technology sectors.
* Your accurate sales reporting and forecasting enable us to set quality standards for the whole sales organization.
* You build, maintain and strengthen lasting relationships with clients, leveraging your existing network where relevant.
* By generating and developing a qualified sales pipeline, you will generate new revenue growth and expand our presence in key industry verticals.
* You convert opportunities into commercial success and keep ahead of trends in the crypto exchange and trading world.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or Economics is preferred
* A proven track record of at least 2 years in sales roles.
* Experience within the Crypto and Online Trading platforms is mandatory.
* Experience in KYC and AML processes is a plus.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
* Ability to think strategically, prioritise tasks, and make data-driven decisions.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
* Passion for technology and innovation, with a desire to drive positive change and make a meaningful impact.
