What the role looks like
In this role, you will be reporting to the General Manager, Engagement & Communications, you will be a key contributor in the following areas:
* Lead the delivery of multi-channel engagement strategies across web, email and social media
* Manage and inspire the Comms team to create standout member experiences
* Own the planning and execution of campaigns, newsletters and journey communications
* Ensure brand consistency and quality across all external communications
* Partner with internal teams and external providers to bring engagement initiatives to life
* Oversee workflow and prioritisation to align with business goals and drive best practice

* Proven success delivering high-impact campaigns and member education initiatives
* Strong stakeholder management skills – from execs to on-the-ground teams
* Strategic thinker with sharp problem-solving ability
* Confident communicator – written, verbal and in the boardroom
* Skilled in leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, project-based environments
* Relevant degree (postgrad a plus)
