Job Description
The Regulatory Trade Manager Austria, part of the Europe Regulatory Trade Team, ensures trade facilitation and innovation at the Royal Canin Bruck factory and EU/UK co‑manufacturers outside France. This role supports portfolio expansion and helps define the best route‑to‑market sourcing strategy.
What are we looking for?
* M.S. or equivalent in a technical area, such as food science, veterinary medicine, food safety, chemistry, toxicology, nutrition, or other biological science.
* 5+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs.
* Solid knowledge across multiple areas of the EU Food or Feed law.
* Fluent in English and German.
What will be your key responsibilities?
* Act as the primary regulatory partner for the new trade lanes opening.
* Manage trade maintenance for active trade lanes to prevent supply disruptions due to regulatory issues.
* Deliver documents for the product registration in third countries and maintain the Country Regulatory Specification database.
* Serve as a key regulatory partner for the Bruck factory and EU/UK co‑manufacturers outside France.
* Represent Royal Canin in front of the Austrian veterinary authorities and in Austrian Trade Associations.
* Act as Europe Regional Subject Matter Expert on contaminants, animal by‑products, WOAH listed and emerging diseases.
