Responsibilities
* Review the daily housekeeping plan: arrivals, departures, special requests, and identify who will clean which room and where support may be needed.
* Serve as the point of contact for the team and front office, responding when something does not go according to plan and ensuring solutions are found quickly.
* Maintain the housekeeping service so that it runs unnoticed, the way it should.
* Co‑ordinate all housekeeping tasks and plan who cleans which rooms.
* Control rooms and public areas after cleaning, ensuring that everything meets our high standards.
* Identify when something is broken or missing and initiate the necessary steps.
* Handle guest concerns or front office requests.
* Create reports on arrivals and departures.
* Notify when free rooms are ready for our guests.
Qualifications
* Experience in room cleaning or public areas, and first experience in coordinating staff is an advantage.
* Good knowledge of daily housekeeping operations (room, public areas, materials).
* Basic German skills for collaboration with the team, front office, and guests.

This service relationship is classified under the collective agreement for employees in the hotel and catering industry. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is €2,300 for full‑time employment. Any additional pay depends on the qualification profile.
