We’re looking for a skilled Firmware Engineer to join our team and drive innovation in wireless connectivity. This position focuses on Bluetooth (Classic, BLE, Attribute Profiles for data transfer) with specialization on the WuQi platform. You’ll be crafting reliable, efficient firmware that enables seamless communication and smooth user experiences in consumer devices.

Responsibilities
* Design, implement, and maintain firmware for Bluetooth devices on the WuQi TWS platform.
* Collaborate with hardware and software teams for system-level integration.
* Optimize low-power wireless communication features and performance.
* Debug and resolve firmware issues using structured analysis.
* Contribute to firmware architecture, design, and documentation.
* Participate in code reviews and follow best practices in embedded development.
Experience and Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
* Strong understanding of Bluetooth (Classic, BLE, Attribute Profiles/ATT/GATT) protocols.
* Hands-on experience with the WuQiTWS platform (SDKs, development tools, debugging).
* Proficiency in C/C++ for embedded systems.
* Knowledge of embedded RTOS, device drivers, and hardware interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART, GPIO).
* Experience with debugging tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, protocol analyzers, JTAG, etc.).
* Understanding of low-power design and optimization for wireless devices.
* Solid problem-solving ability and teamwork skills.
Bonus Skills
* Experience with Bluetooth integration on Android and Windows platforms.
* Familiarity with audiostreaming protocols.
* Understanding of audio signal paths and foundational concepts in digital audio processing
* Experience with agile development and version control (Git).
