Job Description
* Supporting the budgeting process
* Performing target/actual comparisons and variance analyses
* Preparing data to support management decision-making
* Assisting with monthly CO settlements
* Maintaining controlling master data in the ERP system
* Maintaining and further developing reports and controlling tools
* Collaborating with other departments, especially Financial Accounting
Qualifications
* Completed commercial education or university degree in business (FH/university), ideally with a focus on finance, controlling, or a comparable qualification
* Initial experience in controlling is an advantage
* Excellent knowledge of MS Excel; experience with SAP ERP and SAP BW is a plus
* Excellent command of German and English
* Strong numerical and analytical skills
* Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
* Accuracy, reliability, and a hands-on mentality

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 2.800 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
