In this role, you will act as a people’s policies designer and strategic partner to our business leaders, providing expertise and guidance in all aspects of human resources management.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic leadership and direction to senior leaders and function heads, ensuring HR strategies align with and support overall business objectivesServe as a senior advisor on complex employee relations matters, including high-stakes performance management, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigationsLead the talent acquisition strategy, partnering with executives and hiring managers to assess staffing needs, develop executive-level job descriptions, and implement cutting-edge recruitment strategiesOversee and enhance comprehensive performance management systems, ensuring robust processes for goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms that drive organizational excellenceDesign and implement modern, scalable, and automated HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance reviews, compensation planning, and offboardingDrive digital transformation of HR systems, leveraging HRIS platforms, data analytics, and automation tools to enhance efficiency, compliance, and employee experienceDesign and maintain advanced HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks, ensuring compliance with local and international labor laws and regulationsWhat We Are Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)Demonstrated experience as an HR Director or HR Business PartnerIn-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment lawsStrong understanding of talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relationsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organizationAnalytical mindset with the ability to leverage HR data to inform decision-makingDemonstrated experience in managing complex HR projects and change management initiativesFluency in English is essential, German is a plusHR certification is a plusGenuine interest in sustainability and green energyExperience in the Energy or Innovation field is a plusAt Enery, We Are Committed To Attracting Top Talent And Fostering An Environment Where Employees Can Excel.
