Accountabilities
* Deliver short- & long-term volume, sales, profit & market share goals
* Manage the product portfolio and train sales representatives
* Develop trusted relationships with stakeholders and key opinion leaders
* Identify potential strategic partnerships and alliances
* Ensure compliance with legal and ethical guidelines
Requirements
* Post graduate diploma or University degree
* At least 5 years of sales experience in the IVD market
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-changing environment
* Strong organisational, facilitation, and presentation skills
* Exceptional selling and people management skills
* Fluent in German and English
