Optimal AuPair – with locations at the Auhof-Center and in Gablitz – is looking for a flexible and dedicated individual with a background in education and strong organizational skills for a part-time position (marginal employment, 20 hours/week).
Your Responsibilities:
* Assisting with childcare recruitment enquiries.
* Handling administrative office tasks.
* Supporting social media activities
* Backing up German/English tutoring.
Your Profile:
* You have completed or are currently pursuing studies in education (e.g. early childhood education, educational sciences, social work), or
* You have hands-on childcare experience (e.g. as a mother, nanny, or former au pair) and also bring strong organizational and communication skills
* You are confident using MS Office, Canva, and presentation tools
* You have experience with or interest in social media
* You are fluent in German and English; knowledge of French is a plus
* You enjoy working in an intercultural environment and are child-friendly, open-minded, and reliable
Important: This position does not involve direct childcare – however, your educational background and childcare experience will help you understand the au pair perspective and provide meaningful guidance and support. It will also help in tutoring situations.
