For generations, the team at Gautschi Engineering GmbH (Ranshofen location) has been involved in the development and manufacture of melting, casting, and heat treatment plants for the aluminum industry. As part of the EBNER Group, an international, family‑run group of companies with more than 1,000 employees worldwide, green technologies are being promoted.
The project manager is responsible for the commercial processing of customer orders in cooperation with the technical project manager and departments within the group of companies. He analyzes the monthly cost reports (MIKA) with regard to deviations with the technical project manager and communicates recommendations for action to the management with the clear aim of avoiding unnecessary costs.
TASKS
* Maintenance of all commercial data relating to a project in SAP
* Close cooperation with technical PM, project controlling, purchasing, logistics, and accounting
* Review and management of customer and supplier contracts
* Creation of outgoing invoices and liquidity planning for each customer order
* Obtaining LC transactions and bank guarantees
* Claims management together with technical project manager
PROFILE
* Completed commercial training (apprenticeship, university of applied sciences, university)
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar position is an advantage
* ERP experience, ideally in SAP/ATAQ
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Reliable, accurate, and independent way of working
* Very good German and good English skills

We offer an attractive and competitive salary, depending on qualifications and professional experience. The minimum gross annual base salary according to the collective agreement (Metalworking industry) for full‑time employment is € 41,270.
