Main Responsibilities
* Be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for the Austria market, ensuring the timely hiring of suitable talents in line with business needs.
* Manage employee attendance, leave, and personnel records for the Austria office, ensuring full compliance with Austrian labor laws and local regulations.
* Handle payroll coordination and performance management for Austria-based employees, and work closely with the headquarters HR team in Dubai.
* Support employee onboarding, including new hire orientation and local induction activities.
* Act as a business partner to local management, providing HR advice on employee relations, performance issues, and organizational matters.
* Ensure that the company's HR policies and practices are properly implemented locally and aligned with both headquarters standards and Austrian legal requirements.
* Support cross-border HR communication between the Austria office and Dubai headquarters.
* Have a strong interest in and understanding of the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) / retail industry.
Job Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields (Master's degree or CIPD certification is a plus).
* At least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in an HRBP or generalist role; experience supporting overseas or regional operations is an advantage.
* Solid knowledge of Austrian labor law and local HR practices; experience working with international headquarters is highly preferred.
* Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and payroll coordination.
* Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and partner effectively with management.
* Fluent in English; German is required. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
