We in Daily Banking Services want to provide to our clients the best digital experience, which is seamless, convenient, fast and compliant. We aim to digitalize and automatize all our back-office processes to the core, regardless of channels. Customer Data Hub is one of our key systems to provide business support to all Erste Group Banks and meet regulatory requirements.
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Customer Lifecycle Servicing and Solutions team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvements, customer satisfaction, and data analysis. Additionally, expertise in new technologies and artificial intelligence (AI) is essential to drive innovation and efficiency within our systems.
Your Tasks
10. Analyze and improve business processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
11. Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Groups Customer Data Hub
13. Identify and implement new technologies and AI solutions to optimize business operations
14. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes and system requirements
15. Provide training and support to team members on new technologies and applications
Your Background
16. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
17. Proven experience as a Business Analyst; preferably in the banking or financial services industry
18. Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills
19. You are proficient in data analysis tools and techniques
20. Good knowledge of new technologies and AI applications in business processes
21. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
22. You are able to work independently and as part of a team

27. The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 44.860,-- gross per year. But this is just a formality - we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person!
