What can you expect?
1. Manage customer orders with overall profit & loss responsibility for the project: costs, deadlines, and quality from project handover (sales to execution) up to final acceptance by the customer.
2. Report project progress in the monthly project progress reviews.
3. Lead the international project team and ensure a collaborative and solution-oriented team spirit.
4. Interact closely with engineering, procurement, logistics, construction management, and other organizational parts at Andritz.
5. Lead communication, chair meetings, and negotiate with the customer and project partners.
6. Manage project scheduling, resource planning, and project controlling.
7. Handle Contract & claim management in accordance with the contract, ensuring timely documentation.
8. Escalate issues timely to management and coordinate with the legal department if needed.
9. Manage project changes and deviations per the contract.
10. Prepare lessons learned after project closure.
11. Report to the Global Director of Project Management of the Green Hydrogen, Renewable Fuels and Power-2X Division.
In your personal skill set, you have
1. At least 10+ years of experience in international and multinational EPC project management roles, preferably in chemical plant engineering.
2. Proven track record of successfully closing 3-digit-million projects.
3. Customer-focused, open, and proactive personality with strong ownership and commitment.
4. Degree qualification, preferably in engineering.
5. Excellent knowledge of project management tools and processes.
6. Fluent in English; experience working in international teams is a plus.
7. Good PC skills (Microsoft 365, SAP, or similar ERP).
8. Proactive, hands-on mentality, eager to build execution capabilities from scratch.
9. Willingness to travel internationally and work with diverse cultural backgrounds.

In Austria, the minimum gross monthly salary is €4,805.08, with market-based adjustments based on qualifications and experience.
