Your Responsibilities:
Staff Development & Management Support
* Identifying, planning, and implementing training and development initiatives for employees
* Advising managers on relevant HR matters
* Developing and implementing strategies to enhance staff motivation and job satisfaction
Recruitment
* Planning and managing the end-to-end recruitment process
* Preparing and publishing job adverts
* Coordinating interviews and shortlisting suitable candidates
* Selecting the most appropriate candidates in close coordination with department heads and senior management
Internal Communication
* Establishing and maintaining communication channels to promote open and transparent dialogue
* Creating internal communications and organising team events
* Designing and developing an internal mission statement in close collaboration with senior leadership
HR Administration
* Maintaining personnel records and managing relevant HR documentation
* Administering timekeeping processes and further developing the current time tracking system
Contract Management
* Drafting and preparing employment contracts and supplementary agreements, supported by internal legal counsel or external HR and employment law experts
* Managing contract amendments and employment law documentation
* Administering salary bandings in accordance with applicable collective agreements
Onboarding
* Organising and implementing onboarding processes for new joiners
* Introducing new employees to internal workflows and organisational culture
* Developing and maintaining the onboarding programme and corresponding guide
Organisational Development
* Establishing a modern HR management framework
* Supporting improvements to internal structures and procedures
* Contributing to change management initiatives within growing organisations
Your Profile:
* Completed education in HR (e.g. payroll accounting, HR management)
* Excellent command of English
* Several years’ experience in HR and personnel management, ideally within a growing organisation
* Sound knowledge of employment and tax regulations relevant to HR matters
* Experience with digital time recording tools and HR software
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Proactive, precise, and thorough working style with a passion for shaping modern HR practices
* Team player with empathy and strong interpersonal skills
* Highly self-motivated
For legal reasons, we would like to point out that the minimum gross salary for this position, based on the Austrian IT collective agreement, is €3,843 per month on a full-time basis (38.5 hours per week), which corresponds to €53,802 gross per year. Depending on your qualifications and experience, we offer a competitive and market-aligned salary that may significantly exceed this minimum.
