Responsibilities
* Ad‑hoc analyses and evaluations using the EPI‑USE Query Manager on SAP‑HCM data.
* Operations support and development of HR reporting (e.g. workforce status, absences, key figures).
* Service center for internal areas within Austrian Airlines for HR‑related data and reporting requests.
* Creation of regular reports for the Personnel Controlling and support of standardized evaluations.
* Preparation of analytical evaluations for concrete HR questions (ad‑hoc and periodic).
* Support of the HR leadership team and HR Business Partners in data‑based decision making.
* Ensuring data quality, plausibility and consistency in reports and evaluations.
* Documentation of reports, logics and recurring evaluations.
* Close collaboration with HR business areas, HR‑IT and interface partners.
Qualifications
* Abgeschlossenes Studium or comparable Ausbildung (e.g. Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL, HR‑Management, Data/Analytics‑near Schwerpunkt).
* Erfahrung im HR‑Reporting, idealerweise mit SAP HCM.
* Sehr gute Kenntnisse im EPI‑USE Query Manager or vergleichbaren SAP‑Reporting‑Tools.
* Sicherer Umgang mit HR‑Daten (Stammdaten, Zeitwirtschaft, Abwesenheiten etc.).
* Analytisches Denkvermögen and strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
* Service‑ and lösungsorientierte Kommunikation with internal customers.
* Eigenständige, sorgfältige und verlässliche Arbeitsweise.
* Sehr gute Deutsch‑ and Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
* Uneingeschränkter Zugang zum österreichischen Arbeitsmarkt.
