Qualifikationen: * Experienced in agile values and principles as well as frameworks such as Scrum, scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale, Nexus), Kanban, XP, Lean, and systems thinking/complexity theory. * At least 2 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master. * Excellent English skills, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus). * Strong attention to detail, outstanding communication skills, and organizational talent. * Ability to prioritize and balance competing demands effectively. * Reliable, communicative, and self driven team player. * What would excite us (but not a must): previous experience in E Commerce familiarity with the Atlassian suite (Jira and Confluence) Scrum Master certification experience with multicultural and distributed teams.
