Enterprise Account Manager
Location: Anywhere in Austria
Remote
The Role: The Enterprise Account Manager will be responsible for developing profitable new business sales within the Midmarket segment of the business. The objective of this role is to create and maintain a high-quality working relationship with a broad range of contacts at the accounts. The Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for understanding customer strategies to sell Trend solutions to enable and support them.
Responsibilities
* Create new opportunities (75%) for Trend Micro at accounts and focus on replacing competitive products, as well as working on renewals. 90% of the time working on Trend Micro customer base, 10% on prospects.
* Expand our footprint with existing customers (25%).
* Utilize internal support (e.g., marketing) and self-initiative.
* Utilize external support (e.g., partner network, social media).
* Maintain up-to-date pipeline and forecast reporting systems.
* Attend and present at relevant sales exhibitions, EBRs, and events.
* Provide timely and accurate reports on a regular and ad-hoc basis.
You are
* Fluent in both written and spoken English and German.
* Excellent at influencing, negotiation, and relationship building.
* Flexible mindset in a changing environment.
* High level of self-motivation.
* Team player.
You have
* The ability to use all available resources within the team and the Trend Micro channel to optimize customer relationships.
* The ability to motivate customers and channel partners to position Trend Micro as a trusted business partner.
* Presentation skills.
