An award winning Property Management Team at Shailer Park is looking for a lead who's ready to guide people, drive results, and help build a department others want to be part of. This is a hands-on leadership role working closely with Directors and key stakeholders to ensure strong results and compliance.
What You 0ll Do
* Leadership & Team Development
o Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing Property Management team
o Build a positive, accountable team culture
o Deliver onboarding, training, and performance reviews
o Facilitate weekly team meetings and support ongoing development
* Performance, Growth & Revenue
o Drive retention, revenue, and net rent roll growth
o Monitor KPIs across arrears, vacancies, service levels, and new business
o Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and rent increases
o Support BDM performance and conversion outcomes
* Client Experience & Brand
o Maintain strong landlord relationships and resolve escalated issues
o Drive client satisfaction, service standards, and Google reviews
o Support client and investor events
* Operations, Compliance & Strategy
o Ensure legislative compliance, policies, and best-practice systems
o Lead technology adoption and process improvements
o Partner with Directors, HR, Finance, and Marketing on budgeting, recruitment, and strategy
What You 0ll Bring
* Minimum 2+ years A0 0years 0’ leadership experience within Property Management (preferred)
* Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* Extensive experience with property management software and reporting
* Budgeting and financial acumen (preferred)
