Compliance Officer Information Security (all genders)
KEBA Handover Automation GmbH - at least 30 hours per week
* Collaborate and gradually take on responsibilities within KEBA Handover's Information Security Management System (ISMS) based on ISO 27001
* Contribute to the continuous development of information security according to the latest state-of-the-art practices – supported by an experienced and dedicated team
* Implement legal and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, NIS2) in practice
* Participate in security-focused projects (concept development, proof of concept, etc.)
* Support the rollout of the ISMS within the KEBA Handover Automation business unit
* Assist in advising and training colleagues on security-relevant topics
* Gain insights into the preparation and execution of certifications, audits, and external assessments
Responsibilities
* Collaborate and gradually take on responsibilities within the ISMS (ISO 27001).
* Contribute to ongoing information security development with an experienced team.
* Ensure practical implementation of legal and regulatory requirements.
* Engage in security-focused projects from concept to proof of concept.
* Assist in ISMS rollout within the business unit and provide security guidance to colleagues.
* Support certifications, audits, and external assessments.
Qualifications
* Completed studies in IT, Information Security, or a comparable qualification
* Professional experience in Information Security Compliance is an advantage, but (university) graduates are also welcome
* Solid knowledge of relevant standards and technologies is a plus
* Willingness to learn, analytical thinking, structured working style, and strong communication skills
* Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken

Salary
You can expect an attractive and market-compliant salary. The minimum salary on a full-time basis is EUR 4.000,-- gross per month. Of course, we pay more – depending on your qualifications and professional experience. In addition, a comprehensive benefits package awaits you.
