How you will create an impact:
* Develop and deploy machine learning models across various industries using sound statistical and analytical techniques
* Work hands-on with complex datasets, preparing and engineering data for modeling and analysis
* Build scalable ML/AI solutions on cloud platforms
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
* Communicate scope, take ownership of your workstream, and present technical results to stakeholders
* Apply your analytical mindset to uncover actionable insights
About you:
* A bachelor's or master's degree in business, economics, computer science, or engineering
* Fluency in German and English, with confident communication skills in both
* At least 2-3 years of experience in data science
* Strong analytical skills, structured problem-solving approach, and attention to detail
* Effective communication skills for collaboration within teams and departments
* Proactive, reliable, and enthusiastic about teamwork
* Hands-on experience with Python or similar tools for modeling
* Knowledge of AI and machine learning methods, especially tree-based and Bayesian methods
* Experience with relational and NoSQL databases and ETL processes
* Plus: experience with visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), Generative AI, or front-end tools (Streamlit)
