Your Role & Responsibilities
* You guide and enhance the Work Preparation department, which involves technical documentation.
* You are responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing work plans and instructions.
* You ensure process standardization and support the introduction of new products and technologies.
* You play a vital role in digital and automation initiatives.

Qualifications
* Completed technical degree (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology, Industrial Engineering) or equivalent qualification.
* Several years of professional experience in work preparation in a leadership role.
* Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, work planning, and technical documentation.
* Experience working with ERP systems, SAP, MS Office, and planning tools.
* Proficiency in Lean Management, continuous improvement (CIP), and process optimization.
* Effective leadership skills – you know how to inspire and guide people.
* Strategic thinking combined with a practical approach.
* Team spirit, initiative, and motivation for interdisciplinary collaboration.

The minimum compensation, in accordance with the electrical and electronics industry collective agreement, is 66,676.26 EUR annual for a full-time position as of May 2025. We would be happy to discuss your compensation package in relation to your qualifications and experience.
