Your territory
* Lead our business data analytics team, enabling Tractive to make faster, smarter, and truly data-driven decisions across the entire business
* Set the team’s vision and roadmap together with your team, translating company goals into a clear backlog of near-term deliverables and longer-term strategic initiatives – while balancing priorities across domains
* Work with a team of 6 highly motivated Data Analysts to translate business challenges into data-driven insights, covering Marketing, Sales, E‑Commerce, Finance, Logistics, Product and Customer Support
* Foster continuous growth with one-on-one guidance, open feedback, and thoughtful reviews that amplify each analyst’s strengths
* Supervise the design and implementation of impactful tracking solutions, dashboards and reports that empower stakeholders to make smarter, faster decisions
* Ensure robust data preparation, cleaning, and modeling processes – laying the foundation for trustworthy analytics
* Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better – you’ll never hear the phrase “…because that’s how we’ve always done things”
* Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level
Your profile
* Multiple years of experience in leading analytics teams, with a track record of growing people and delivering impact
* Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases and/or data warehouses (e.g. Redshift, BigQuery, MySQL, PostgreSQL). Python experience is a plus
* Expertise with BI & visualization tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Metabase)
* Solid understanding of data modeling, data quality and best practices in data analytics
* Familiarity with web tracking and digital analytics is a big plus (GA4, GTM, affiliates, attribution)
* Very good English skills
