As an HR Technology Expert, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technology landscape. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business leaders, to drive the adoption of emerging technologies. Your expertise will empower us to create a seamless employee journey, optimize data-driven decision-making, and stay ahead of industry trends.
What to do
5. Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for HR technology, aligning it with business objectives and future needs
6. Stay abreast of industry trends and evaluate emerging technologies for potential adoption
7. Champion the integration of AI solutions into HR processes, from recruitment to performance management
8. Enhance the employee experience by ensuring intuitive, user-friendly interfaces across all HR systems
9. Collaborate with vendors to optimize existing solutions and explore new partnerships, active stakeholder management
10. Ensuring the accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness of data within an organization
You check these boxes
11. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred)
12. Proven experience in HR technology implementation and optimization
13. Strong understanding of generative AI, machine learning, and data quality, data analytics would be a plus
14. Experience with data quality tools and data profiling is essential
15. Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
16. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

20. The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 48.323,-- gross per year. But this is just a formality - we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person!
