You will be responsible to:
* Offer technical support and troubleshooting for computer hardware, software, mobile devices, and other technological products.
* Handle first and second level technical support, including calls, tickets, and user interactions.
* Respond quickly to IT related inquiries from end users.
* Accurately document all user interactions in the ''Service Now'' ticketing system (e.g., incidents, requests).
* Develop, maintain, and utilize knowledge base articles.
* Conduct IT onboarding training sessions for new employees.
* Participate in initiatives aimed at continuous improvements
Requirements:
* Language proficiency: Fluent in both German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
* High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in an organized manner.
* Collaborative team player with a supportive attitude.
* IT environments experience is a plus (e.g., GxP).
* Candidates must provide a criminal record certificate no older than 3 months.
