Senior / Lead Fullstack Developer (f/m/x)
We are a dynamic team working in an agile environment to digitalize the core processes of company pension and provident fund front-to-back with a high degree of automation. As a Senior/Lead Fullstack Developer, you will be responsible for advancing our applications and supporting the team in technical matters.

Your mission
* Designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using a common technology stack such as Java, Spring, and React
* Driving architectural discussions in collaboration with team members
* Identifying continuous improvements to advance the product, aid the team, and increase velocity
* Supporting the Product Owner, especially on development-related inquiries
Your core competencies
* Strong (+5 years) Java development skills with Java, Spring, Spring Boot, REST, Hibernate/JPA, SQL, GIT, Maven
* Experience (+3 years) with web technologies such as React or Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript
* Curious to understand and challenge new user stories before implementing them
* Willingness to experiment and develop in new technologies
* Familiarity with cloud technologies (Azure)
* Good German language skills (B1/B2) are an advantage
