Are you familiar with standards, regulations, and processes? As a Compliance Manager (f/m/x), you will help develop policies and ensure regulatory compliance as part of an international team.
Job Description
* Development, implementation, and optimization of compliance policies and processes within the integrated management system
* Monitoring and assessment of compliance and risk factors with the aim of risk minimization – particularly considering industry-specific standards, regulations, and legal requirements in measurement and analytical technology
* Close collaboration with internal departments to successfully integrate compliance requirements into operational processes
* Professional support and response to internal compliance-related inquiries
* Supporting our international sites with regulatory issues and legal requirements
* Creation, maintenance, and management of compliance documentation
* Ongoing research on relevant standards, norms, and regulatory developments in the field of measurement technology
Qualifications
* Completed degree in law, a comparable law-related field of study, or a technical degree with a legal focus
* Professional experience in compliance, risk management, or related areas
* Knowledge of working with standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, DIN) is desirable
* Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
* Strong analytical skills with a structured and precise working style
* Excellent communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is €4.000 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
