What You\'ll Be Doing
We are currently looking to expand our young, international and diverse team of experts with the addition of an experienced accountant (f/m/x). Within this role you will be responsible for:
* Ongoing accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, intercompany accounting and general accounting) in Austrian GAAP
* Month-end and year-end closing activities
* Creation and implementation of payment runs
* Maintaining financial security through compliance with internal controls
* Creation of tax office reports
* Correspondence with the authorities, banks, tax consultants and vendors
* Optimization of ERP system based on local accounting standards
* Participation in special projects and process improvement activities
* Processing of various ad hoc inquiries
* Daily interface and collaboration with administration, procurement and other departments
What You\'ll Bring
We are a dynamic, young team who values passion and drives to push things to the next level. If you think this role is a good fit for you, you will also have:
* Completed commercial vocational training (focus on bookkeeping and accounting)
* 3 to 5 years’ relevant professional experience in accounting
* Experience with Austrian accounting standards
* Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel)
* Experience with accounting software such as Sage/DPW would be an advantage
* Must be fluent in English, German skills are of advantage
* Independent, structured and precise way of working
* Organizational talent with very good time management
* Reliable and responsible personality
* Team player with hands‑on mentality
* Proactive and communicative personality
