What you bring with you
* You have completed training as a chef and have several years of experience in upscale gastronomy, ideally in a comparable position.
* Your expertise in the kitchen is comprehensiveand you are always up to date with the latest culinary trends and techniques.
* You are characterized by natural leadership skills, with the ability to lead your team in a motivating and goal-oriented manner.
* Your creativity in menu design and ability to create innovative dishes are outstanding.
* Organizational skills and efficiency in kitchen management are among your strengths, including stock control and ordering.
* You are able to work under pressure and keep a cool head even in hectic times.
* Your knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations is excellent and will be implemented in your daily work.
* Very good German language skills are required and good English language skills are an advantage to communicate with an international team and clientele.

Your tasks
* Take charge of your kitchen area, manage all processes from preparation to presentation of food and ensure seamless execution.
* Implement the high quality standards of our company through precise preparation and appealing presentation of all dishes.
* Actively lead and encourage your kitchen brigade to continuously achieve top performance and increase professionalism within the team.
* Work with the kitchen team to develop creative and innovative menus that set new culinary standards and delight our guests.
* Manage stock levels effectively, monitor orders and ensure optimum availability of ingredients.
* Ensure strict compliance with all hygiene and safety standards in your kitchen to create optimal conditions for health and safety.
