Drive Digital Transformation as Head of IT and SaaS Operations
About the Role:
We're seeking a tech-savvy leader to spearhead our IT and SaaS operations, defining and executing forward-looking strategies for scalable digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive IT and SaaS strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Lead and mentor teams for internal systems, production systems, and operations, fostering a culture of ownership and collaboration.
* Establish a robust global 24/7 operations model, incorporating reliable support structures and effective monitoring mechanisms.
* Collaborate closely with DevOps, Information Security, the CTO, and international teams to drive strategic initiatives.
* Ensure stable system operations through automation, tooling, and governance practices, guaranteeing high-availability and scalability.
* Oversee external partnerships, including contracts and license models within the SaaS ecosystem, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance.
Desired Qualifications:
* Proven leadership experience in comparable roles, with a strong desire to grow into SaaS or a proven track record in this area.
* Deep expertise in IT operations, encompassing infrastructure, procurement, setup, monitoring, and vendor management.
* A strong grasp of modern cloud architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP), network, and server infrastructures.
* Experience with scalable, high-availability IT systems, demonstrating analytical prowess and pragmatic leadership style.
* Fluency in English; German is an advantage.

Compensation:
Between EUR 6,000 and EUR 9,000 gross/month, depending on qualifications and experience.
