With our consulting team, we support power utilities in successfully mastering current challenges.
To meet this demand, we are looking for additional colleagues who enjoy helping to shape, deliver ideas and drive the team forward. You will provide expert advice to energy suppliers, municipal utilities and grid operators in the DACH region as well as in Great Britain and Scandinavia.
What's it all about?
* You will assess our customer needs (high level, pre project)
* Acquisition of new consulting projects will be among your main tasks
* You will prepare consulting proposals and offers
* You will serve as important communication link between all stakeholders (customers, technological experts, business operations)
* You will lead consulting projects in all stages
You will ensure that learnings and knowledge gained during consulting projects are shared within OMICRON for further improvement
What are we looking for?
* You have at least 5 years of professional experience in project or consulting work
* You have a good understanding of project management processes, strategies and methods
* You have deep technical understanding of processes within electrical utilities
* You possess excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills and you are able to foster teamwork in a highly collaborative environment
* You have a strong sense of personal accountability, you are self-motivated and able to work independently
* You have an excellent command of English; German language skills are an advantage
You are ready to work in our Erlangen or Klaus (AT) office and enjoy travelling (up to 40 % travel).
