The Role
A leading international general contractor is seeking an experienced MEP Manager to lead the delivery of complex building services packages on major technical facilities projects across Austria.
Based in Kronstorf, you will take ownership of the MEP scope across data centre, pharmaceutical, and industrial projects, working closely with Project Managers, designers, subcontractors, and commissioning teams to ensure successful delivery through to handover.
Key Responsibilities
* Full responsibility for the management and coordination of MEP works
* Oversight of MEP design coordination, installation, testing, and commissioning
* Management of MEP subcontractors and specialist packages
* Programme planning and sequencing of MEP activities in line with overall project milestones
* Technical review of drawings, specifications, and method statements
* Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements
* Supporting commissioning, client demonstrations, and final handover
Requirements
* Proven experience as an MEP Manager or Senior MEP Engineer on complex construction projects
* Background working for a general contractor or main contractor
* Strong experience in data centres, pharmaceutical, industrial, or other technically demanding facilities
* Excellent understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and interfaces
* Strong coordination, leadership, and communication skills
* Fluent English required (German advantageous but not essential)
