We are entering an exciting new chapter and are seeking a dynamic, autonomous professional to take the reins, drive our next phase of growth, and lead our facility expansion.
The Package
* Total Salary Package: up to $85,000
* Autonomy: The freedom to run the club as if it were your own.

The Role
This is a high-impact leadership position. While you will oversee the day-to-day excellence of the club, your primary focus will be taking The Exercise Room to its next level. Your mission includes:
* Project Leadership: Managing the design, implementation, and launch of our brand-new Recovery Suite.
* Strategic Growth: Driving membership sales and retention through sophisticated community engagement.
* Operational Excellence: Full ownership of gym admin, staff scheduling, and facility standards.
* Culture Building: Being the face of the club—fostering a warm, professional, and results-driven environment for our members.
About You
We are looking for a "business owner" mindset. You don't wait for instructions; you see opportunities and execute them.
* Experience: Proven success in gym management, sales, or boutique fitness operations (or similar management role).
* Project Savvy: You have the organizational skills to manage a facility upgrade (Recovery Suite) while maintaining peak daily operations.
* Mindset: Energetic, professional, and comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy.
* Connection: You genuinely enjoy people and can build rapport with a diverse, local Footscray, Seddon, Yarraville demographic.
