Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert consultation to customers, helping them explore the collection and create stylish, personalized looks
* Deliver exceptional customer service in accordance with TTSWTRS brand standards
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, including regular updates to the client database
* Operate POS systems and manage inventory using internal tools
* Ensure merchandise safety and contribute to achieving sales targets
* Adhere to merchandising guidelines and maintain overall store presentation and cleanliness
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the premium or luxury fashion segment
* Genuine passion for fashion and a refined sense of style
* Strong command of sales techniques and customer engagement strategies
* Proficiency in 1C and Microsoft Office tools
* Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
* Excellent communication skills and a goal-oriented mindset
