We will continue to investing our biggest asset: our amazing team.Role PurposeThe Social Compliance Administrator will support the Social Compliance Manager in the implementation and monitoring ofethical labour standards and social compliance requirementson a major construction project in Linz, Austria. Working closely with site teams, subcontractors, and central compliance functions, the role ensures adherence to local labour legislation, client requirements, and TSL's ethical policies, including modern slavery prevention and responsible supply chain management.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Compliance Implementation & Site SupportSupport the day-to-day implementation of TSL's social compliance and ethical labour standards on site.Advise project teams and subcontractors on compliance with Austrian labour law, posted worker requirements, and project-specific social standards.Verify compliance documentation and management of the internal database.Act as a point of contact for site teams on social compliance–related questions and concerns.Subcontractor & Labour Agency EngagementSupport the vetting and onboarding of subcontractors and labour agencies against social compliance criteria.Review workforce documentation, including employment contracts, timesheets, payslips, right-to-work checks, and posted worker records.Assist in identifying potential labour risks within the supply chain and escalate concerns to the Social Compliance Manager where necessary.Auditing & Corrective ActionsSupport the Social Compliance Manager and participate in on-site social compliance audits and inspections.Assist in preparing audit reports, tracking findings, and supporting the close-out of corrective actions.Maintain accurate records of audits, findings, and improvement actions in line with internal and client requirements.Training, Awareness & ReportingSupport in the delivery of toolbox talks, briefings, and awareness sessions on ethical labour standards and modern slavery prevention.Support continuous improvement initiatives by capturing lessons learned and sharing best practices.Skills and Experience RequiredEssentialDegree or professional qualification in Social Sciences, Law, Human Resources, Business, Compliance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Good understanding of labour standards, social compliance, or ethical supply chain principles.Knowledge of EU labour regulations and posted worker requirements (Austrian experience is an advantage).Strong communication skills, with the confidence to engage with site teams and subcontractors.Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage for the project.Well-organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a site-based project environment.DesirablePrevious experience in construction, engineering, or large project environments.Experience supporting audits or compliance inspections.Familiarity with modern slavery legislation, ILO standards, or EU due diligence frameworks.What We OfferThe opportunity to work on a high-profile international project in Austria.Exposure to best-in-class social compliance and ESG practices within a global organisation.A collaborative and supportive team environment with opportunities for development.Competitive project-based employment package.
