Reporting: Business Chief Financial Officer, reporting directly to the Robotics Global Head of Tax. Work model: Hybrid; preferred location within Europe.
You Will Be Mainly Accountable For
* Regional Tax Leadership: Build and lead the Robotics Tax function in EMEA, managing Regional Tax Specialists and overseeing the regional legal and tax structure.
* Governance & Compliance: Ensure tax compliance across the region, implement global tax initiatives, and establish controls, processes, and risk frameworks.
* Tax Optimization: Drive effective tax rate (ETR) improvements, identify tax savings opportunities, and support simplification and efficiency initiatives.
* Country Tax Responsibility: Act as Country Tax Responsible for selected countries — overseeing filings, approvals, audits, disputes, managing outsourced providers, internal controls, and other Country tax matters.
* Business Advisory & Collaboration: Advise the business on tax implications of transactions, maintain strong relationships with external advisors and authorities, and collaborate with key stakeholders to support decision‑making and planning.
Qualifications for the Role
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, finance, tax, or law.
* Minimum 10 years’ proven experience in direct and/or indirect tax, ideally in multinational settings.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and collaborate across functions.
* Excellent analytical capability and ability to work independently in a fast‑moving environment.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with proven stakeholder influence and engagement experience.
