Key Tasks
* Comprehensive project ownership for international customer projects – commercial, technical, and organizational – in close collaboration with the technical lead and project team
* Strategic planning and operational control of all project resources: budget, timeline, quality, task allocation, and milestone tracking
* Ongoing project reporting and consistent goal tracking to ensure compliance with agreed standards and KPIs
* Active management and execution of risk, claim, and change management processes to ensure project success
* Professional stakeholder management – internal and external – with a focus on sustainable communication and expectation management
* Contribution to bid projects in close alignment with the sales team
Key Qualifications
* You have several years of experience in managing large scale integration projects in the domain of IT or telecommunications.
* You are familiar with cybersecurity and compliance requirements (e.g., NIS-2).
* You demonstrate strong communication skills, organizational talent, and leadership ambition.
* You are accustomed to working in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.
* You feel attracted by the chance to actively shape a new organizational unit on a global scale
* You are fluent in English and preferably good in German, any other language is good to have
* Willingness to travel approximately 30%
