About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Third-Party Risk & Outsourcing Manager to join our team in Vienna. In this role, you will take ownership of our third-party and ICT vendor risk governance, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational resilience, and effective oversight across all outsourced functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end third-party risk management framework, covering ICT risk assessment and ongoing monitoring from an operational perspective, in close coordination with the IT Compliance & Outsourcing function
* Ensure all third-party ICT service providers meet EU-specific technical standards and remain fully compliant with DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act)
* Design and maintain structured communication and escalation protocols with ICT service providers to ensure transparency, accountability, and business continuity
* Act as the primary point of contact for outsourcing-related governance, bridging operational teams and external vendors
What You Bring
* A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Law, or a related field
* 3–6 years of experience in financial services, with solid knowledge of banking regulation — including hands‑on exposure to DORA — and a strong background in procurement or outsourcing
* Demonstrated experience managing and delivering complex projects end-to-end
* Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity
* Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment
* Full professional fluency in both German and English
