Administrative Assistant (German-speaking)
Our client, a large pharmaceutical organization, is looking for a German-speaking Administrative Assistant for a contract position till end of June 2026 (with possibility for extension) in Bern, Switzerland.
3 days per week on-site presence required.
Main responsibilities
* Provide proactive, professional, and high quality administrative support to several executives and teams.
* As a team being point of contact for all administrative, process and system related questions and provide guidance, training and direction for all employees.
Qualifications and Experience
* Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required
* Commercial apprenticeship or high school diploma with advanced education in office administration
* Significant experience as an executive assistant in a fast-paced international environment
* Fluent in English and German
* Experience with MS Office, affinity to work with different tools
* Good team player with high quality standards, strong communication, customer service focus (for internal and external customers)
* Experience in organizing meetings, workshops, and small events
