Your Role
* Support the full end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
* Partner closely with leadership on workforce planning and staffing needs
* Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
* Support compensation, benefits administration, and performance review processes
* Act as a trusted and discreet point of contact for employees on HR-related matters
* Ensure full compliance with Austrian labor law and internal policies
* Contribute to employee retention initiatives, company culture, and continuous improvement of HR processes
Your Profile
* Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources
* Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
* Outstanding working proficiency in German and English (mandatory)
* French is an advantage
* Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-focused working style
* Ability to work independently in a professional, confidential environment
