Summary We are building CrewOne, a B2B SaaS platform that allows hotels to monetize uncommitted inventory through a controlled, closed distribution network. The platform is designed to generate incremental revenue on otherwise unsold rooms while protecting public pricing.
We are looking for a senior-level, full-cycle B2B sales operator to secure pilot agreements with hotel groups. This is not a lead generation role — we need someone who can open doors, run discovery calls, handle objections, and bring us to the final agreement stage.

Responsibilities
Sign NDA before engagement
Understand the CrewOne model and positioning
Build a targeted outreach strategy for independent hotels and hotel groups
Run discovery calls and deliver structured presentations
Handle objections, including rate parity and distribution concerns
Negotiate pilot framework and agreements
Deliver 1–3 signed pilot agreements (or equivalent high-interest commitments)
Document what works into a repeatable process for potential scaling
Founders will step in only at the final strategic partnership stage if needed.
Ideal Candidate
10+ years B2B sales experience, preferably in hospitality, hotel distribution, or travel tech
Former hotel chain executive or revenue/distribution background is a strong advantage
Experienced with complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations
Strong understanding of:
Hotel distribution strategies
Wholesale vs OTA dynamics
Existing network of hotel industry contacts preferred
Ability to speak confidently at peer level with revenue managers and decision-makers
Scope & Budget
Project scope: Medium – securing 1–3 pilot hotel agreements
Total budget: $10,000 + (negotiable depending on experience and deliverables)

Strategy & Targeting: Refine pitch, build target hotel list — $2,000–$3,000
Outreach & Discovery Calls: Contact hotels, report interest — $3,000–$5,000
Pilot Negotiation & Close: Secure at least 1 pilot agreement — $3,000–$5,000
Optional bonus for multi-property or chain-level deal: $1,000–$2,000
