11. Problemlösung: Du analysierst und behebst technische Störungen im 3rd Level Support mit Rufbereitschaft, um einen reibungslosen Betrieb sicherzustellen
12. Dokumentation: Du erstellst und pflegst technische Standards und Sicherheitskonzepte
