We are looking for enrolled students, side-jobbers, working students, service employees, helping hands, or career changers, who are interested in supporting our daily hotel business!
YOUR JOB
As an allround employee, you are really an all-rounder: you work flexibly in different shifts like reception, breakfast, restaurant, bar, and general service, and filling in for those services is not a problem for you.
The reception desk/bar area will be your primary field of responsibility – this means:
* You will be responsible for the Check-In and Check-Out of our guests behind the reception desk or in the lobby as a guest relation officer.
* To ensure all our guests enjoy their stay at a&o, you will cater to their needs and answer their questions.
* At the bar, your job is to serve hot and cold drinks and snacks, as well as to prepare cocktails.
* During restaurant shifts, you are responsible for:
o The timely preparation of breakfast, lunch, or dinner buffet.
o Ensuring that our guests are satisfied and that hygiene standards are always kept.
YOUR PROFILE
* You want to work „geringfügig" (earning you a monthly EUR 518,44 net) at a max. of 10 hours per week.
* You like to be a host – and can show that every time of day and night.
* You show an independent way of working; high commitment and teamwork.
* You know your city well and know how to give our guests cool tips.
* Your German and English skills are at B2 level.
