In the OMICRON Academy, we offer high-quality training for technical professionals in the electrical power industry to support them with deepening their knowledge of our products and applications. As an integral element we want to further develop our e-learning offer and are looking for a Learning Systems Administrator (f/m/x) based in Klaus, Austria or Erlangen, Germany.
What's it all about?
* You manage, configure, and maintain our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring consistent branding, smooth navigation, and platform enhancements including customized adjustments
* You take care of the LMS platform (docebo) as well as its integrations with other systems (CRM), collaborate with internal and external experts, and ensure its further development
* You troubleshoot and resolve LMS-related technical issues, coordinate bug fixes, and support users with system questions and training
* You upload, structure, and maintain our e-learning content to create engaging learning journeys
* You administer users, manage permissions and maintain notifications for timely information
* You generate reports for tracking and analyzing platform usage and create documentation and guidelines for stakeholders on Confluence

* You have experience in LMS administration as well as system integration with databases and technologies
* You have strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* You bring project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
* You enjoy working in a structured and precise way with attention to detail
* You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German
