Management, motivation and development of 200 employees
Ensuring quality, hygiene and safety standards
Cooperation with various departments such as Quality assurance, Logistics and Development
Optimisation of production processes
Qualifications
Several years of experience in food production
Knowledge of QM and occupational safety regulations
Assertiveness and ability to work in a team
Mobility
For those who prefer to travel by car, we offer ample parking spaces and/or our own multi-storey car park.
Minimum salary for this position is €46,200 gross per year (full‑time basis), with overpayment possible depending on qualifications and experience.
