The Role
Reporting to the Group General Manager, you’ll lead restaurant operations across the portfolio, driving performance, standards, leadership capability, and commercial outcomes.
This is a hands on senior leadership role where you’ll work closely with Restaurant Managers and venue leaders to strengthen teams, improve operational consistency, and support continued growth across the group.
What You’ll Own
* End to end operational performance across the restaurant portfolio
* Service standards, guest experience, and operational consistency
* Labour management, revenue performance, and profitability
* Leadership development, training, and accountability
* Systems, reporting, and operational efficiencies
