Our IT team delivers global solutions that enable ALPLA's Marketing & Sales processes. From capturing business requirements to implementing effective technologies, we ensure that our internal stakeholders in the Marketing & Sales department have the digital tools they need to succeed.
To strengthen our team, we're looking for a Solution Architect who will take ownership of designing and guiding the implementation of IT solutions that meet business needs. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the Marketing & Sales department, as well as with Enterprise Architecture, Project Management, and Business Analysis, to ensure that every solution is aligned with strategic objectives and delivers real business value.
* Contribute to the global rollout of the CRM system and the related processes.
* Implement, configure, customize, and maintain the CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics 365) as well as other IT solutions from the Marketing & Sales business areas.
* Administer and maintain on-premises Microsoft Servers, SQL Server, and Power Platform environments to ensure reliable performance and seamless integration.
* Collaborate with business analysts in gathering business requirements for new solutions, defining solution approaches including time and cost estimates.
* Collaborate with the Marketing & Sales department and external IT service providers.
* Identify, evaluate, and implement emerging technologies, such as AI-based solutions, to enhance Marketing & Sales processes and support future business needs.
* Independently coordinate and handle support requests (2nd or 3rd level support).
What makes you great
* A degree in Information Technology or a related field.
* Solid understanding of enterprise IT environments and solution architecture.
* Hands-on experience with CRM systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365.
* Basic knowledge of SQL, HTML, JavaScript, and C# Experience with low-code and no-code development platforms
* Interest in Marketing & Sales processes and how technology can drive business success.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively across international, cross-functional teams.
* Structured, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and conceptual skills.
* Strong communication skills in English and German, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
