Are you passionate about building capability and driving performance through learning? Primo Foods is seeking a dynamic Learning & Development Manager to lead operational training across our QLD sites. This is your chance to make a real impact by ensuring our workforce is skilled, compliant, and ready for the future.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design and delivery of operational learning programs for Production, Operations, and Distribution.
* Oversee onboarding, induction, and compliance training aligned with WHS and industry standards.
* Manage a team of Workplace Trainers and Assessors, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
* Maintain and optimise training systems, databases, and our LMS for accuracy and compliance.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to shape learning strategies and meet evolving business needs.
What You'll Bring
* Tertiary qualification in Education, HR, Business, or related field.
* Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment (or equivalent experience).
* Proven leadership experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments.
* Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks (HACCP, GMP, WHS).
* Exceptional communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* A detail‑oriented, proactive mindset with a "can‑do" attitude.
