Logistics Team Leader | Vienna
For our client, a fast-growing company in the logistics and supply chain sector, we are seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead operations and support business expansion in Austria.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, supervise and develop a team of logistics employees.
* Ensure efficient planning and coordination of material flows, warehousing and internal transport.
* Oversee incoming goods, storage, picking, shipping and inventory accuracy.
* Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives in logistics processes.
* Act as the point of contact for customers and internal departments regarding logistics activity.
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory guidelines.
* Support audits, documentation and reporting for logistics operations.
Requirements
* Completed vocational training or degree in logistics / supply chain / industrial operations.
* Several years of experience in logistics, ideally in an industrial or aviation environment.
* First leadership experience (team coordination or team lead).
* Strong understanding of warehouse and material flow processes.
* Confident with ERP systems and logistics KPIs.
* Strong communication skills, structured working style, hands‑on mindset.
* Very good German skills; English is an advantage.
