Our department is responsible for the entire operational accounting and servicing of Erste Group Bank AG, including preparation of the annual financial statements, implementation of the internal control systems as well as compliance with the legal framework. We are active in several specialized areas (accounting, reporting as well as project management) and thus offer an attractive and diversified working environment. Your Tasks
* Performing bank-accounting activities independently, handling complex accounting tasks
* Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to IFRS and local Austrian accounting standards
* Group-wide collaboration in international projects
* Automation and further development of accounting tools with innovative digital technologies
* Cooperation with internal departments as well as our branches in New York and Hong Kong
* Contact person to Auditors
Your Background
* Enthusiasm for accounting, analytical thinking and affinity for numbers
* Committed, interested, proactive personality who is seeking creative solutions
* Several years of working experience in accounting
* Hands‑on mentality, independent and responsible working style
* Sound MS Office knowledge, in particular Excel, experience in SAP (FI module) advantageous
* Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of German is a plus
