We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Mid-Level Graphic Designer who lives and breathes design, pushes boundaries, and brings fresh ideas that challenge the status quo. What You’ll Do
* Design visually appealing CRM sales newsletters, Meta Ads and social media posts.
* Manage design projects from concept through final delivery, working under the guidance of the Graphic Design Lead and collaborating closely with the team.
* Develop creative design solutions that align with the brand and push the status quo.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CRM, User Acquisition, Social Media and Product) to align designs with business goals and brand consistency.
* Ensure consistency across visual touchpoints by following our brand guidelines.
* Continuously explore new design techniques, tools, and workflows to improve your work and grow as a designer.
Your bag of tricks
* Strong portfolio demonstrating solid skills in typography, layout design, and visual communication, with experience in both print and digital design for B2C companies (CRM newsletters, Meta Ads, flyers, etc.).
* 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
* Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is a plus.
* Proven ability to manage and deliver projects on time.
* Passion for graphic design and curiosity for new trends, tools, and technologies.
* Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
* Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to explain design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* You have the right to work in the EU/Austria and are based in Vienna or open to relocating.
